Elmar's doesn't just brew beer; it follows the oldest food standards in the world, the 1516 Bavarian Purity Law. This means your beer is brewed to the traditional recipe, using the freshest ingredients, no preservatives and no filtering, giving you the finest quality ale. Elmar's restaurant encompasses the elegance of Bavarian hospitality with its solid timber floors, tables and chairs, in an open plan environment. This relaxing rustic area has topiary and planter boxes mingled amongst the seating, giving a wonderfully warm and inviting atmosphere. Outside the restaurant is a huge two acre beer garden, bringing a mix of the indoor European and outdoor Australian lifestyles.

Elmar's also boasts a smallgoods boutique. This is reminiscent of the traditional German beer houses, most of which were situated next to a smallgoods shop to compliment each others unique services.
